2. Driver Eligibility
- The primary renter must meet the eligibility conditions shown at booking and contract confirmation.
- Additional drivers are allowed only when registered in the rental agreement.
- All approved drivers are expected to comply with traffic and safety laws in Albania.
3. Payment and Deposit Requirements
- Rental fees and selected add-ons must be paid according to the booking terms.
- A security deposit may be pre-authorized depending on vehicle class and selected protection plan.
- Accepted payment instruments and authorization rules are presented during reservation and at contract signing.
4. Pick-up Requirements
- The renter must appear at the scheduled pick-up location and time with required documents.
- Vehicle handover includes condition checks and confirmation of agreed terms.
- Operating hours referenced in Easy Rent terms are generally 08:00 to 20:00 unless otherwise communicated.
5. Return Requirements
- The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location.
- Late return may result in extra charges.
- The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with all provided equipment and keys.
6. Usage Restrictions
- No illegal use, dangerous driving, unauthorized sub-rental, or use by unapproved drivers.
- Cross-border use, if requested, must be explicitly approved under the rental terms.
- Any accident, damage, theft, or police-related event must be reported immediately.
7. Damage, Fines, and Additional Charges
- The renter is responsible for charges arising from contract breaches, traffic violations, tolls, penalties, extraordinary cleaning, and uncovered losses.
- Liability limits and protection scope depend on the selected plan and contract conditions.
