1. Scope of This Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern vehicle rentals made with Easy Rent sh.p.k. through our website, direct contact channels, or in-person booking confirmation. By confirming a reservation and collecting the vehicle, the renter accepts these terms and the booking details shown in the reservation record or Face Page.
2. Reservations and Confirmation
- Reservations may be made online, by phone, by email, or in person, subject to vehicle availability.
- The renter may be required to provide driver details, booking preferences, payment information, and selected insurance or extras during the reservation process.
- A booking is confirmed only after Easy Rent accepts the request and any required prepayment or booking conditions are completed.
3. Rental Eligibility and Authorized Drivers
- The renter must present valid identification and a driving licence that is accepted in Albania for the vehicle category being rented.
- Only the renter and any authorized additional driver may operate the vehicle.
- The renter remains responsible for compliance with the rental agreement during the full rental period.
4. Pickup, Return, and Vehicle Use
- The vehicle must be collected and returned at the agreed date, time, and location.
- Easy Rent’s regular operating hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise communicated.
- The renter must use the vehicle lawfully and in line with all driving restrictions and geographic limitations communicated by Easy Rent.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Additional Charges
- Rental charges, prepayments, deposits, optional extras, and other fees are communicated during booking and contract completion.
- A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category and rental terms.
- Additional charges may apply for late return, fuel discrepancies, fines, tolls, additional drivers, unauthorized use, extraordinary cleaning, or vehicle damage not covered by the agreed protection.
6. Insurance, Damage, and Liability
- Coverage options and limits are presented during booking or contract finalization.
- The renter is liable for losses arising from contract breaches, negligence, prohibited use, or other circumstances outside the agreed protection scope.
- Any accident, theft, damage, or other significant incident involving the vehicle must be reported without delay.
7. Cancellation, Changes, and Extensions
- Booking changes and rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability and possible pricing adjustments.
- Cancellation rights and charges depend on the booking conditions and timing of the request.
- If the rental period is exceeded without approval, additional charges and operational action may apply.
8. Website Use, Data, and Communications
When you use our website, Easy Rent may process booking, support, technical, and analytics-related information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. This includes the use of service providers and website measurement tools, including analytics and performance monitoring technologies used to improve service reliability and user experience.
Service-related notices may be sent by email, phone, or other contact details provided by the renter.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be handled by the competent Albanian authorities or courts, as applicable.
